I did however copy all the INI files for FO4, FO3 and Skyrim to another HDD, just incase the verification would change them to fresh ones, only started and played FO4 so far but couldn't see any changed in game, played for a couple hours last evening and it all worked fine for me. All mods still showing and working once starting up the game. Once there, when I first started NMM it did the Rescan Installed Games, found most of those I have on the new location, but for FO4 it found the copied folder first so just had to click on the red X until the right path showed then confirm the location and all worked fine starting it up.
Once I done that, I thought since I don't have to many mods for Fallout 4 and Witcher 3 (the only one that I am using Nexus Mod Manager for) I just thought I take a chance and copy the Nexus folder over to the SSD. Just start the game, Steam does a download/verification of the content and then starts the game.
